Employee Engagement

No brand can succeed without the buy-in of employees. The more they feel involved, the more productive they’re likely to be. Strong employee engagement can foster this sense of belonging. It impacts positively on recruitment and retention, productivity and long-term business performance.

The value of employee engagement is widely recognised. In 2009, the UK Government commissioned the MacLeod Review into how employee engagement could help British industry improve performance, and a YouGov survey by the Engage Group reveals that most boards now see Employee Engagement as a key priority.

We’ve worked with clients to understand employee motivations, and to build communications – internal and external - which reinforce these behaviours. We’ve seen the value of closely aligning corporate and employer brands, and we believe there’s real benefit in opening an organic, open debate with employees.

By connecting and engaging with employees, you can drive employer reputation and business success from within.
