Group Account Director.

Multi-disciplinary team seeks multi-talented leader.

Our multi-disciplinary teams – we call them clusters – comprise marcomms, PR, content, digital and social media specialists working as one to enhance the reach, influence and customer experience of clients. We’re pushing the boundaries with our thinking, with integrated campaigns and with our metrics and analysis, and we’re now looking for a Group Account Director to inspire a team of talented people and drive the performance (and profitability) of an impressive portfolio of globally recognised B2B brands.

Providing strategic leadership and hands-on support to your cluster (and contributing to the wider development of our agency and culture), you’ll need senior B2B account direction skills, together with a visible commitment to multichannel thinking – so if you’re already working in an integrated environment so much the better. Because of the wider challenges of the role, we’d also like to see a high degree of commercial awareness and financial understanding (including forecasting, reporting and the management of client P&Ls) as well as familiarity with ‘big data’ and metrics.
