The ability to win tenders is the lifeblood of the construction industry and normally you only have one crack at them. So Kier Construction, part of the giant Kier Group, decided to make sure that the way they present their case to potential customers is the winning way.

The company provides a comprehensive building and civil engineering service for large scale building projects in the health, education and local government sectors.

The brief to Wyatt was to make their tender material for these projects stand out from all the others.

A fact-finding workshop with the client was followed by the development of a design for the company’s main 12-page brochure – a design that had a ‘coffee table’ feel which has made it an irresistible read.

This design is to be adopted for all tender materials and the result will be a polished, professional case that will be very difficult to ignore!
